Founded in 1979, SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF FOOD INDUSTRY is sponsored by both Information Center of China Light Industry (the highest administrative authority of China Food Industry) and Beijing Food Industry Research Institute. It is recorded in The Comprehensive Evaluation Data of China Journal and has its membership in “China Journal Web”、 “China Academic Journal”(CD Edition) and “Wanfang Data Web”. The journal has since then been serving as a reporter for the development of China food industry. It has become one of the most authoritative and inclusive journals.
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY OF FOOD INDUSTRY covers various aspects of food industry, including not only instructive industry forum but also detailed processing technologies. The readers of the journal come from allover China and Chinese populated areas worldwide. They have such different backgrounds as managers, technical staff, government officials, student from colleges & universities and so on.
