新型银包铜纳米线的制备及在检测罗非鱼中孔雀石绿残留中的应用

Preparation of A Novel Silver-coated Copper Nanowires and Its Application in the Detection of Malachite Green Residues in Tilapia

  • 摘要: 通过化学还原反应分两步制得形状规则、外径为60~70 nm的银包铜纳米线(Cu-Ag NWs)并以其为基底,应用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术结合化学计量法,对罗非鱼肉中孔雀石绿残留进行快速检测。结果表明,紫外吸收光谱和透射电镜图谱显示,铜纳米线表面的银膜包裹均匀、Cu-Ag NWs分散性好;SERS结果表明,孔雀石绿在400~1800 cm-1范围内的特征峰清晰,在孔雀石绿浓度为0~20 μg/kg时,特征峰强度与孔雀石绿浓度呈现良好的线性关系,以Cu-Ag NWs为基底时,对孔雀石绿标准溶液的最低检测浓度为0.5 μg/kg,对罗非鱼肉中孔雀石绿残留最低检测浓度为1.0 μg/kg;偏最小二乘法(PLS)模型结果显示,孔雀石绿标准溶液和罗非鱼中孔雀石绿提取液的实测值与预测值的决定系数(R2)分别为0.967、0.95,相对分析误差(RPD)分别为5.897、6.171,均方根误差(RMSE)分别为1.007和0.595。制得的Cu-Ag NWs基底有良好的增强能力和稳定性,且成本低廉。本方法准确、灵敏、快速,在食品中痕量危害物检测上有很大应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Regular Cu-Ag core-shell nanowires with diameter of 60~70 nm were prepared by chemical reduction method. The preparation process was carried out using two steps and the obtained Cu-Ag NWs were used to detect the malachite green standard solution and its residues in tilapia based on SERS coupled with chemometrics. Ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy(UV-Vis)and Transmission electron microscope(TEM)spectras showed that the silver film on the surface of Cu NWs was uniformly coated and the Cu-Ag NWs were uniformly dispersed;SERS results showed that the characteristic peaks of malachite green were clear in the range of 400~1800 cm-1. When the concentration of malachite green was 0~20 μg/kg,there was a good linear relationship between the intensity of characteristic peaks and the concentration of malachite green. The minimum detection concentration of malachite green standard solution and malachite green residues in tilapia were 0.5 μg/kg and 1.0 μg/kg,respectively;Partial least squares(PLS)model showed that the coeffificients of determination(R2)of the measured and predicted values were 0.967 and 0.95,the relative analysis errors(RPD)were 5.897 and 6.171,and the root mean square errors(RMSE)was 1.007、0.595,respectively,which indicated that the model had great prediction ability. The prepared Cu-Ag NWs substrate had high reinforcing ability and stability,as well as low manufacturing cost. The method is accurate,sensitive and rapid,therefore the parpared Cu-Ag NWs has a great potential in the detection of trace harmful substances in food.
