Advances in Antimicrobial Mechanism of Tea Tree Oil

  • 摘要: 茶树精油(Tea tree oil,TTO)是从互叶白千层的新鲜枝叶中取出来的一种无色至淡黄色的植物精油。茶树精油具有广谱的抗微生物活性,对许多细菌和真菌具有较好的杀灭或抑制作用,已被研发成多种类型的产品如防腐剂、抗菌剂和芳香剂,主要应用于化妆品、药品、食品香料及美容行业等诸多领域。本文综述了近年关于茶树精油对细菌、真菌的抑菌活性及机理、抗病毒活性以及抗寄生虫活性的研究,并对茶树精油抗微生物作用的主要活性物质的研究进展进行了总结,旨在为茶树精油在减抗替抗中的应用提供参考。
