百香果功能研究及其开发进展

Function of Passiflor and its comprehensive processing utility

  • 摘要: 百香果是一种生长在热带、亚热带地区的芳香水果,含有多种功能活性成分。本文对百香果的医药保健功能包括抗焦虑、抗炎、抗成瘾等,以及其果汁、果皮和种子在食品加工应用方面做了系统的阐述。同时提出百香果研究中存在的问题及其发展方向。 

     

    Abstract: Passiflora, which is one of the most aromatic fruits, chiefly grows in the tropical and subtropical regions and contains a variety of functional active compounds.This paper reviewed its medical health care value including anxiolytic, anti-inflammation, anti-addictions, and also reviewed the research of its juice, peel, seeds in food processing and utilization.Finally, the problems and future trends in research of it were proposed.
