大孔吸附树脂纯化玉米须皂甙的工艺研究

  • 摘要: 为研究玉米须皂甙纯化的最佳工艺条件,选择AB-8、D101两种型号的大孔吸附树脂对玉米须皂甙进行静态吸附解吸及静态动力学特性研究,同时考察不同浓度的洗脱溶剂与洗脱流速对玉米须皂甙纯化效果的影响。结果表明,D101大孔吸附树脂的吸附及解吸效果均优于AB-8,洗脱流速为0.5BV/h,洗脱溶媒为50%乙醇,洗脱分离效果达到最佳。在此条件下对玉米须总皂甙进行纯化,皂甙纯度提高了3.1倍。 

     

    Abstract: To study the best conditions of saponins purification from corn stigmas, two type of macroporous adsorptive resins, AB-8 and D101 were selected to study the influence of static adsorption and desorption on eluting effect, and its characteristics of static dynamics was investigated.Meanwhile, the influences of elution solution concentration and elution velocity on eluting effect were studied.Results demonstrated that the adsorption and desorption of D101 was better than that of AB-8, with the elution velocity 0.5BV/h, the elution solvent 50% alcohol, the effect of elution separation achieving its best.The purity of saponins increased 3.1 times under these conditions of purification.
