大孔吸附树脂法纯化金花葵花总黄酮的研究

  • 摘要: 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化金花葵花总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法:以静态饱和吸附量、吸附率与解吸率为考察指标,筛选出纯化金花葵花总黄酮的最佳树脂,又以总黄酮含量为指标,对最佳树脂吸附工艺条件进行了考察。结果:SP-825型大孔吸附树脂吸附和解吸效果最佳,最优工艺条件为:上柱液浓度浓度3.24mg·mL-1,pH5,以4BV·h-1流速上柱,重复3次,用70%乙醇以4BV·h-1的速率洗脱2BV。结论:SP-825型树脂在所确定的工艺条件下,纯化金花葵花总黄酮效果良好,为金花葵花总黄酮的开发提供新工艺。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To investigate the technological parameters of the enrichment process of total flavones from Hibiscus manihot. with macroreticular resins. Methods:Using the static capacity absorption, the adsorption rate and desorption rate t as the indexes, the best resin was screened out for enriching flower Hibiscus manihot flavonoids. The technical process for purification of total flavones with the optimum macroreticular resin was investigated by total flavones product. Results:The results indicated that the absorption capacity and elution ratio of SP-825 type of macroporous resin were the best in these types of macroporous resin. The optimum extraction conditions was that the concentrationan of sample was 3. 24mg·mL-1, pH of sample was 5. 0, the adsorption velocity was 4BV·h-1and three times again. The eluant was 70% ethanol, the eluting velocity was 4BV·h-1 and the consumption of eluant was 2BV. Conclusion:SP-825resin showed good adsorption and separation property for Hibiscus manihot flavonoids.
