Optimization of extraction of volatile oil from Rosa damascene Mill by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以保加利亚玫瑰为材料,利用改造后的挥发油提取装置,提取保加利亚玫瑰挥发油。在单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合实验和响应面分析法,确定了提取保加利亚玫瑰挥发油的最适工艺条件,即玫瑰花瓣研磨、提取时间8.5h、液固比25∶1(mL/g),提取的玫瑰挥发物浓度达3.136%。与传统方法相比,该方法具有操作简便、挥发油得率高、挥发油中化合物信息丰富的特点。 

     

    Abstract: Rosa damascene Mill was used as raw material to extract volatile oil using a modified oil extraction apparatus. Based on single factor experiments, the optimal extraction process was determined using central composite design combined with response surface methodology. Results showed that the optimal extraction process was based on powdered raw material with distilled water at a liquid /solid ratio of 25∶1 ( mL /g) for 8.5h.The value of extraction yield of volatile oil from Rosa damascene Mill was 3.136% .This method had some advantages over conventional method, like simplicity as well as high extraction yield and abundant chemical composition of volatile oil.
