应用SRAP标记对六个灰树花的多态性分析

  • 摘要: 采用SRAP技术对湖南、北京、浙江和福建地区的6个灰树花栽培品种进行了亲缘关系与多态性分析。14对SRAP引物组合共扩增出151条位点片段,其中多态性片段132条,占总片段条数的87.4%。菌株间相似系数变化范围为0.3019~0.7662,同时将6个菌株分为3大类,亲缘关系树状图在分子水平上显示了供试菌株之间的亲缘关系,为今后灰树花品种的遗传多样性研究及遗传育种亲本的选配提供了理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: Genetic relationship and polymorphism of 6 Grifola frondosa cultivars strains which got from Beijing, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces were analyzed using sequence-related amplified polymorphic (SRAP) method.For SRAP analysis, 132 (87.4%) polymorphic bands were obtained from total of 151 bands in 6 G.frondosa strains using 14 selected primer combinations.The variation range of similarity coefficient in the 6 strains was 0.30190.7662.All the 6 tested strains could be divided into three subgroups with the SRAP method.The genetic relationship of the 6 strains revealed by SRAP dendrogram would be of great help for the study of genetic diversity and parental selection in genetic breeding of G.frondosa.
