微波辅助提取沙棘籽及果渣粗多糖工艺优化

Optimization of process in extracting crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave from the seed and peels dregs of hippophae

  • 摘要: 研究微波辅助提取沙棘籽及果渣中粗多糖的最佳工艺。通过单因素实验确定影响微波辅助浸提沙棘籽及果渣粗多糖的因素及水平,然后采用正交实验设计确定沙棘籽及果渣粗多糖的最佳浸提工艺条件为:微波功率600W,微波时间5min/次,微波次数2次,浸提温度80℃,时间3h,固液比1∶10,在此条件下的沙棘籽及果渣粗多糖最高得率为1.892%。 

     

    Abstract: The best extracting process of crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave from the seed and peels dregs of hippophae Seabuckthorn was studied.The factors and levels impacting the extraction of crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave were determined by the single factor experiments, and the best extraction technology of crude polysaccharide was obtained by using the orthogonal test as followed: microwave power was 600W, microwave time was 5min each time, microwave times was twice, extracting temperature was 80℃, extracting time was 3h, solid-to-liquid ratio was 1 ∶10, under these conditions, the highest crude polysaccharide yield was 1.892%.
