苦菜不同部位蛋白质和氨基酸含量分析

Analysis of protein and amino acid contents in different parts of Ixeris Chinensis

  • 摘要: 运用凯氏定氮法和改进的采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(CDNB)为衍生剂高效液相色谱柱前衍生法分析了苦菜不同部位蛋白质和氨基酸含量,方法简单、稳定、准确度高。并测定不同部位蛋白质和氨基酸含量存在差别,含量顺序皆为叶>花>茎>根,且测定出苦菜的叶和花含有一定量的牛磺酸,为进一步研究和开发苦菜不同部位功用提供理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: Contents of protein and amino acid composition four different parts of Ixeris Chinensis (Thunb.) Nakai (root, stem, leaf and flower) were determined separately by kjeldahl nitrogen determination methods and precolumn derivatization High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) by using 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzen as derivative agent (CDNB) .The results showed that the method was simple, stable, high accuracy.The order of content of protein and amino acid for these four parts showed obviously: leaf > flower > stem > root, and taurine was found in the leaf and flower.The results provided the theoretical base for the development of different parts of function of Ixeris Sonchifolia.
