吐温-80在酶法提取桑叶总黄酮中的应用

  • 摘要: 研究吐温-80协同酶法提取桑叶总黄酮。采用单因素实验和正交实验确定吐温-80协同酶法提取桑叶总黄酮的工艺,并与不加表面活性剂提取进行比较。结果表明吐温-80协同酶法提取工艺为吐温-80的质量浓度为1%,纤维素酶液125mL,温度为50℃,提取时间为1.5h,桑叶总黄酮的得率为2.467%,而同等条件下不加吐温-80的得率为1.718%。故吐温-80在酶法提取桑叶总黄酮中具有显著的增溶作用。 

     

    Abstract: The extraction of total flvonoids from mulberry leaves with Tween-80 synergistic method was researched in this paper.Using the single factor experiment and orthogonal test to decide the method that in the Tween- 80synergistic method extract total flvonoids from mulberry leaves, and also compare it with the extraction without the surfactant.The results showed that in the extraction process about Tween- 80 synergistic method Tween- 80 's mass concentration was 1%, volume of solvent was 125mL, temperature was 50℃, extraction time was 1.5h. And with this method, the extraction yield of toal flavonoids from mulberry leaves was 2.467%, and in the same condition, without the Tween-80, the yield of it was 1.718%.Thus Tween-80 increase the yield of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves significantly.
