响应面法优化冷榨法制取月见草油工艺的研究

Study on the preparation technology of cold-pressed evening primrose oil by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以月见草籽为原料,采用冷榨法制取月见草油。以榨膛温度、榨膛压力和物料水分含量为因素,以月见草油中γ-亚麻酸含量为评价指标,通过二次旋转正交实验进行冷榨法制取月见草油过程的研究,对回归方程用Matlab软件进行寻优,从而确定最佳冷榨条件为:水分含量为7.2%,榨膛温度为78℃,榨膛压力为3.0MPa,此时月见草油中γ-亚麻酸含量为9.26%,成品指标达到出口欧洲的标准。 

     

    Abstract: Based on evening primrose seeds, cold-pressed method was used to obtain evening primrose oil.Pressing chamber temperature, pressing chamber pressure and moisture content were considered as factors, and content of γ-linolenic acid in evening primrose oil was employed as evaluation index. The combination design of quadratic orthogonal rotation was used to study preparation process of evening primrose oil. The regression equation was optimized by Matlab software for getting the optimal condition of the cold pressing conditions. The optimal conditions:moisture content was 7.2%, pressing chamber temperature was 78℃, pressing chamber pressure was 3.0MPa. The content of γ-linolenic acid in evening primrose oil was 9.26%with the optimal conditions, and the quality of evening primrose oil was up to exporting standards of Europe.
