罗汉果成分及药理研究进展

Research progress in chemical composition and pharmacology of siraitia grosvenori swingle

  • 摘要: 罗汉果是中国特有的葫芦科藤本植物的果实,是一种传统的中药配料。现代研究表明,罗汉果中含有罗汉果苷、黄酮和油脂等具备生物活性的化合物。文章综述了近年来对罗汉果化学成分的分析鉴定,罗汉果药理研究以及罗汉果产品的应用,为罗汉果的全面开发,尤其是作为制药原料的研究提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Siraitia grosvenori swingle (SG) , a traditional Chinese meidicine ingrediendt, is unique to China and belongs to the cucurbitaceous vine species. Modern researches showed that SG contains mogrosides, flavonoids and grease which had special biologically activities. Analysis and identification of the chemical constituents, pharmacology, fine processing and applications of siraitia grosvenori swingle (SG) were summarized in this paper, which were useful reference materials for utilizing of SG, especially as a pharmaceutical material.
