Optimization of pulsed light on the accumulation of GABA conditions in the process of brown rice germination

  • 摘要: 通过脉冲强光技术促进糙米发芽过程富集GABA,并采用响应面方法确定了其最佳处理条件:浸泡12h后,对单层糙米进行脉冲强光照射,单次能量400J、闪照次数277次、闪照距离11.3cm,此条件下发芽糙米中GABA含量可达到345.7mg/100g。 

     

    Abstract: The enrichment of GABA during brown rice germination process was promoted by using pulsed light method. Meanwhile, the optimal treatment conditions were optimized by using response surface methodology:single energy of 400 J, flash number of 277 and flash distance of 11.3cm. Under the optimized conditions, the GABA content in germinated brown rice could reach to be 345.7mg/100 g.
