壳聚糖对鱼腥草提取液絮凝除杂效果的研究

Effect of chitosan on flocculation impurity removal of extracting solution from houttuynia

  • 摘要: 研究了壳聚糖用量、p H和温度对鱼腥草提取液絮凝除杂效果的影响,并对其工艺进行了正交实验优化。实验结果表明最佳的工艺条件是壳聚糖用量为0.04g/100m L,提取液p H为6.0,温度为30℃;在此条件下,鱼腥草澄清液的黄酮保留率为80.0%,透光率高达68.1%。该工艺在絮凝除杂的同时又较好地保留了鱼腥草有效成分,具有良好的应用前景。 

     

    Abstract: Effect of dosage of chitosan,p H and temperature of extracting solution on flocculation impurity removal of extracting solution from houttuynia were studied. Then the clarification process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum process condition was that dosage of chitosan was 0.04 g /100 m L,p H of extracting solution was 6.0,temperature of extracting solution was 30℃. Under this condition,the flavones retention rate was 80.0%,the light transmittance was 68.1%,which indicated that using this method the active ingredients was well- preserved and the clarity was good.This method had good application prospect.
