一种适宜分离纯化虎杖中白藜芦醇的大孔树脂的修饰研究

Modification of the macroporous resin for purifying resevratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum

  • 摘要: 以制备一种更适宜分离纯化白藜芦醇的大孔吸附树脂为研究目标。在五种大孔吸附树脂中,筛选出了NKA-II大孔吸附树脂,将其氯甲基化后再接枝苯胺,得NKA-II-苯胺,将NKA-II和NKA-II-苯胺树脂对白藜芦醇的吸附和解吸进行对比研究。NKA-II-苯胺树脂对白藜芦醇的吸附和解吸性能有明显的增强,当上样溶液pH=4,白藜芦醇质量浓度为0.10mg·m L-1,吸附时间为300min,以乙醇60%解吸时,其对白藜芦醇的吸附率由87.62%提高到95.85%,解吸率由88.75%提高到92.19%。说明新制备的NKA-II-苯胺树脂更适宜分离纯化白藜芦醇。 

     

    Abstract: To synthesize a more suitable macroporous resin for purifying resevratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum.The best resin NKA-II,selected in five kinds of macroporous resins by their adsorption and desorption properties to resevratrol,was chloromethylated and grafted with aniline. After purifying the sample extract with NKA-II-aniline resin,the adsorption and desorption capacity to resveratrol were obviously enhanced. When the sample extract at pH=4,the concentration of resveratrol was 0.10mg·m L-1,adsorption time of 300 min and elute solution of 60% ethanol,the adsorption rate increased from 87.62% to 95.85%,the desorption rate increased from88.75% to 92.19%. The results indicated that the new NKA-II-aniline resin may be a promising macroporous resin for the separation and purification of resveratrol in Polygonum cuspidatum.
