宝塔菜功能性低聚糖对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响

Effect of functional oligosaccharide from Stachys seiboibi on ability of anti- fatigue in mice

  • 摘要: 目的:研究宝塔菜功能性低聚糖对小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。方法:将7周龄昆明种雄性小鼠适应性饲养1周后分为宝塔菜功能性低聚糖低剂量组(125mg·kg-1·d-1)、中剂量组(250mg·kg-1·d-1)、高剂量组(500mg·kg-1·d-1)和空白对照组(生理盐水),每组10只,连续灌胃14d,测定肝糖原、肌糖原、血红蛋白含量及负重游泳运动后血尿素氮含量、乳酸脱氢酶活性、游泳时间。结果:宝塔菜功能性低聚糖能提高肝糖原、肌糖原储量(p<0.01),提高机体血液中血红蛋白含量(p<0.05),降低运动后血清尿素氮含量(p<0.01),提高运动后乳酸脱氢酶活性(p<0.01),延长小鼠负重游泳时间(p<0.01)。结论:宝塔菜功能性低聚糖具有抗疲劳作用。 

     

    Abstract: objective: Study the effect of functional oligosaccharide from Stachys seiboibi on ability of anti- fatigue in mice.Methods 7- weeks- old male BALB / C mice after one week adaptive feeding were divided into 4 groups: blank control group( saline),low dose group( 125mg·kg- 1·d- 1),medium dose group( 250mg·kg- 1·d- 1),and high dose group( 500mg·kg- 1·d- 1).14 days later,the content of serum urea- nitrogen,hepatic glycogen,muscular glycogen,Hb,the activity of LDH,and the time of weight loading swimming of mice were analyzed. Results:Functional oligosaccharide from Stachys seiboibi could increase the reserve of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen reserves( p < 0.01),improve the content of blood hemoglobin( p < 0.05),reduce the content of serum urea nitrogen after movement( p < 0.01),improve the activity of lactate dehydrogenase after exercise( p < 0.01),and extend swimming time of mice( p < 0.01).Conclusion: The results suggested that functional oligosaccharide from Stachys seiboibi improved the ability of anti- fatigue in mice.
