超声波辅助提取文冠果壳总黄酮的工艺及其抗氧化性研究

Study on the ultrasonic- assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Xanthoceras Sorbifolia hull and their antioxidant activities

  • 摘要: 采用超声波辅助提取文冠果壳总黄酮,并对总黄酮进行抗氧化性研究。通过单因素和响应面实验确定了文冠果壳总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件:原料粒度为250~178μm、液料比43∶1(m L:g)、乙醇体积分数40%、超声时间19 min、超声功率400 W,在此条件下总黄酮的得率为6.502%,与模拟预测值高度吻合。抗氧化性的研究结果表明:文冠果壳总黄酮具有较强的还原能力和清除DPPH自由基的能力,对·OH的清除能力相对较弱。研究结果可为文冠果壳总黄酮的综合开发利用提供理论基础。 

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Xanthoceras Sorbifolia hull,and the antioxidant activities of total flavonoids were studied.The optimum extraction conditions for the total flavonoids were established by single factor experiment and response surface experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of the total flavonoids were the raw material granularity of 250~178 μm,the solvent- to- solid of43∶1( m L∶ g),the ethanol concentration of 40%,the ultrasonic time of 19 min,the ultrasonic power of 400 W. Under the conditions,the extraction yield of total flavonoids was 6.502%. The result was consistent with the simulated predictive value.The results of antioxidant activities showed that the total flavonoids from Xanthoceras Sorbifolia hull had strong activity of DPPH free radicals and reducing power,whereas it had weaker activity on scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical.The results can be used to provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of the total flavonoids of Xanthoceras Sorbifolia hull.
