亚临界流体萃取崖柏挥发油及其成分分析

Extraction of the Thuja sutchuenensis essential oil by sub-critical fluid extraction technology and its component analysis

  • 摘要: 崖柏挥发油有良好的生物活性。为了优化崖柏挥发油的萃取条件,以二甲醚为萃取剂,采用亚临界流体萃取技术萃取崖柏挥发油,并对萃取条件包括萃取温度、萃取时间、萃取次数进行优化,用GC-MS对所得的崖柏挥发油进行了成分分析。结果表明,亚临界流体萃取崖柏挥发油的最佳条件为:萃取温度为40℃,萃取次数3次,每次萃取时间30 min,在此条件下崖柏挥发油的提取率为6.3%。GC-MS分析显示崖柏挥发油的主要成分罗汉柏烯和α-柏木脑,分别占挥发油的34.74%,20.09%。利用亚临界流体萃取技术能高效的萃取崖柏挥发油。 

     

    Abstract: The Thuja sutchuenensis essential oil has good biological activity. In order to optimize the extraction conditions, it was extracted by sub- critical fluid extraction technology, choosing DME as extracting agent. The extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times was investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of subcritical fluid extraction of Thuja sutchuenensis were as follows: 40 ℃ for extracting 30 min, 3 times.Under those conditions, the extraction rate was up to 6.3%. The essential oil components were separated and identified by GC- MS. Thujopsene, α- cedorl were the main components, accounting for 34.74%, 20.09% of the Thuja sutchuenensis Essential oil respectively.Sub- critical fluid extraction technolongy could efficiently extract the Thuja sutchuenensis essential oil.
