多重PCR技术在食源性致病菌检测中应用的研究进展

Application of multiplex polymerase chain reaction in detection of foodborne pathogens

  • 摘要: 食源性致病菌的多重PCR检测技术是指能够同时扩增得到同种或多种致病菌的不同基因片段的技术。因该技术特异、灵敏且分析效率高,现已被广泛应用于食源性致病菌的检测工作中。本文介绍了多重PCR在食源性致病菌检测中应用的研究近况,并对影响因素及存在的问题进行了阐述。 

     

    Abstract: Multiplex polymerase chain reaction ( m PCR) for detection of foodborne pathogens is a kind of detection technique which can simultaneously amplify multiple gene fragments of the one pathogen or different pathogens.Due to these advantages of high specificity, sensitivity and efficiency, m PCR is widely used for the detection of foodborne pathogens.In this article, the applications of m PCR in the detection of foodborne pathogens during the past 10 years are reviewed, and the influence factors or problems of m PCR are discussed.
