芡实种皮多酚抗疲劳耐缺氧作用研究

Effect of Semen Euryales seed coat polyphenols on anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance

  • 摘要: 目的:研究芡实种皮多酚的抗疲劳耐缺氧作用。方法:将昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、阳性对照组(维生素E,50 mg/kg·d-1)、多酚高(400 mg/kg·d-1)、中(200 mg/kg·d-1)、低剂量组(100 mg/kg·d-1),分别灌胃给药,每日1次,连续5 d,观察芡实种皮多酚对小鼠体重、负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧时间、肝糖原、肌糖原、乳酸脱氢酶、血尿素氮和组织一氧化氮的含量,以及免疫器官指数变化的影响。结果:高、中、低剂量种皮多酚均能延长负重小鼠游泳时间和常压密闭耐缺氧时间,显著提高了小鼠的抗应激能力(p<0.05)。其活动量、食量、精神状态、日均体重增加量、脏器系数得到提升。同时,芡实种皮多酚提高了疲劳小鼠肝糖原、肌糖原储备,降低了血清尿素氮水平,提高了血清和肝脏中乳酸脱氢酶含量,增加了血清中一氧化氮含量。结论:芡实种皮多酚具有抗疲劳和提高耐缺氧能力的作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of Semen Euryales seed coat polyphenols on anti-fatigue,hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods :Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group,positive control group(vitamin E,50 mg/kg·d-1),and polyphenols high-dose(400 mg/kg·d-1),medium-dose(200 mg/kg·d-1),lowdose( 100 mg / kg·d-1) group, all mice were administered by intragastric administration, once a day for 5consecutive days. Then,effect of Semen Euryales seed coat polyphenols on mice body weight,weight loading swimming ability,time of bearing hypoxia at normal pressure,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,lactate dehydrogenase,blood urea nitrogen,tissue nitric oxide content and immune organ index. Results:Polyphenols group of high,medium,low dose could extend mice swimming time and hypoxia tolerance time,enhance antistress ability evidently(p<0.05). In addition,activity,appetite,mental state,average daily weight increase and immune organ index were improved. Polyphenols could increase hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen reserve,serum LDH content,tissue and serum NO content,decrease serum BUN content. Conclusion:Semen Euryales seed coat polyphenols showed the effect of anti-fatigue and enhancing hypoxia tolerance.
