保健食品——泽兰的研究进展

Advance researches of health food—Lycopus lucidus Turcz

  • 摘要: 对近年来有关泽兰茎叶和根茎的食用、药用保健功效,以及有关泽兰的分布、主要营养化学成分、生物活性成分的研究报道进行了归纳概述。已有的研究结果表明泽兰是一种营养丰富、活性成分含量较高、开发利用价值大的保健食品原料。 

     

    Abstract: On the basis of summary and analysis of recent literature about the edible and medicinal properties of Lycopus lucidus Turcz,its nutrient content,chemical composition and the function of active ingredients were introduced in this paper.It showed that Lycopus lucidus Turcz was a kind of health food raw materials with huge potential for its rich nutrient and active ingredients.
