塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯对秀丽隐杆线虫的氧化损伤作用研究

Study on the oxidative damage effects of dibutyl phthalate on Caenorhabditis elegans

  • 摘要: 为了探讨塑化剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)对秀丽隐杆线虫的氧化损伤作用,将L2期秀丽隐杆线虫暴露于不同浓度DBP(32.5、131、522 mg/L)48 h后,检测秀丽隐杆线虫体内总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。实验结果表明,随着DBP浓度升高,线虫体内MDA含量升高。与对照组相比,522 mg/L DBP处理组秀丽隐杆线虫体内T-SOD和CAT酶活力、GSH含量均极显著降低(p<0.01)。结论:DBP对秀丽隐杆线虫产生氧化损伤作用。 

     

    Abstract: The aim of this article was to investigate the oxidative damage effect of dibutyl phthalate( DBP) in C.elegans.C.elegans in L2 period were expoused to the different concentrations of DBP( 32.5,131 and 522 mg / L)for 48 h. Then the activities of T- SOD,CAT and the contents of GSH,MDA in C.elegans were measured. With increasing DBP concentration,the contents of MDA increased. Compared with the control group,the activities of T- SOD and CAT and the contents of GSH were significantly decreased in 522 mg / L DBP treatment group( p <0.01).These results suggested that DBP could induce the oxidative damage in C.elegans.
