固体酸催化水解木聚糖制备低聚木糖的工艺条件优化

Optimization of hydrolysis conditions for xylo- oligosaccharides preparation from the xylan on the solid acid catalyst

  • 摘要: 本文以榉木木聚糖为原料,采用固体酸催化水解法制备低聚木糖,考察了反应时间、反应温度、大孔树脂(amberlyst-15)用量等对木聚糖转化率、低聚木糖得率及各组分得率的影响。结果表明,木聚糖水解制备低聚木糖适宜工艺条件为:0.5 g木聚糖,0.3 g amberlyst15,反应时间3h,反应温度110℃。在此条件下,木聚糖转化率可达100%,低聚木糖得率达到41.97%。 

     

    Abstract: Xylo-oligosaccharides( XOS) were prepared by catalytic hydrolysis of beechwood xylan on solid-acid catalyst.Effects of reaction time,temperature and amberlyst-15 amount on the conversion of xylan and yield of XOS were investigated. The results showed that the optimal hydrolysis conditions for the preparation of the XOS were 0.5g xylan,0.3g amberlyst-15,reaction time 3h at 110 ℃.Xylan conversion could reach 100% and XOS yield was 41.97%.
