基于结构糖组学的食源性糖蛋白研究进展

Progress of food-derived glycoproteins based on the structural glycomics

  • 摘要: 糖蛋白是一类具有多种功能的重要化合物,其糖链结构复杂,功能多样,在生物体内参与多种细胞活动。糖组学是继基因组学和蛋白质组学后又一新兴领域,而结构糖组学作为糖组学的重要组成部分,主要用于分析糖蛋白的结构。本文介绍利用结构糖组学相关技术在食源性糖蛋白糖链结构以及糖基化位点研究中的应用,旨在为结构糖组学在糖蛋白结构解析中的广泛应用提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: Glycoprotein is an important compound, and glycan possess more diverse structure and more functions which makes glycan to take part in various activities.Glycomics especially structural glycomics as an emerging field that follows the genomics and proteomics, focusing on analyzing glycoprotein structure. The passage mainly introduced the application of structural glycomics on the aspect of glycan structure and glycosylation sites in foodborne glycoprotein, which hoped provide the reference for subsequent research.
