蓓蕾蓝靛果花色苷对乙醇诱导小鼠氧化损伤的保护作用

Protection of Lonicera caerulea ‘Beilei'anthocyanins on oxidative injury of mice induced by ethanol

  • 摘要: 探讨蓓蕾蓝靛果(Lonicera caerulea‘Beilei’)花色苷对乙醇诱导小鼠氧化损伤的保护作用。方法:将小鼠按体重随机分为对照组、模型组、VC阳性对照组(20 mg/kg bw)、花色苷低剂量组(50 mg/kg bw)、花色苷中剂量组(100 mg/kg bw)和花色苷高剂量组(200 mg/kg bw),每天经口灌胃,灌胃容量为0.2 m L/10 g,对照组和模型组经口灌胃等体积的生理盐水。30 d后,除对照组外,其他实验组灌胃乙醇造成氧化损伤模型,检测血液和组织中的丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基(PC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果表明蓓蕾蓝靛果花色苷可以极显著(p<0.01)降低小鼠体内MDA和PC含量,极显著(p<0.01)提高体内SOD、GSH-PX抗氧化酶的活力和抗氧化物质GSH的含量。蓓蕾蓝靛果花色苷具有防护乙醇诱导小鼠氧化损伤的功能。 

     

    Abstract: To explore the protection of Lonicera caerulea ‘Beilei ' anthocyanins on ethanol induced oxidative injury in mice. According to the weight, mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, the control group, model group, VCcontrol group ( 20 mg/kg BW) , anthocyanins low dose group ( 50 mg/kg BW) , anthocyanin medium dose group ( 100 mg/kg BW) and anthocyanin high dose group ( 200 mg/kg BW) .The volume of oral gavage was 0.2 m L/10 g per day, and the control group and model group were filled with normal saline.After 30 days, the oxidative damage model was induced by oral gavage with ethanol except the control group. The content of malondialdehyde ( MDA) , protein carbonyl ( PC) , superoxide dismutase ( SOD) , glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-PX) and glutathione ( GSH) in blood and tissues were detected. Results showed that Lonicera caerulea ‘Beilei ' anthocyanins could significantly reduce the content of MDA and PC in mice ( p < 0.01) , and it could significantly ( p < 0.01) improve the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in vivo and raise the content of GSH. Lonicera caerulea‘Beilei'anthocyanins have protective effect in preventing oxidative damage in mice.
