荔枝气调保鲜研究进展

Research progress of gas-adjusted fresh-preserved of litchi

  • 摘要: 荔枝果实营养丰富,对人体健康十分有益,但是荔枝采后极易腐烂变质,造成严重的经济损失。气调保鲜技术具有操作方便且安全可控的优点,目前被认为是安全有效的保鲜方法之一。本文通过概述荔枝的保鲜现状,归纳国内外气调保鲜技术在荔枝上的应用研究,分析了荔枝采后生理及品质劣变、荔枝气调保鲜的研究和荔枝气调复合保鲜技术,讨论了荔枝气调保鲜技术应用中存在的问题以及今后的研究方向,旨在为荔枝采后保鲜技术的利用提供参考依据。 

     

    Abstract: Litchi is beneficial to humanhealth becauseofits rich nutrition, but rot of litchi causesa great number ofeconomic loss.At present, gas-adjusted fresh-preserved technology for the advantages of convenient operation and security has been considered one of the advanced postharvest techniques.The researchesof gas-adjusted fresh-preserved technology of litchi through the review of litchi fresh-keeping status at home and abroadare summarized. Postharvest physiology, quality deterioration, research on air conditioning preservation, and combined preservation techniquesof litchi are analyzed. The problems on preservation technology of litchi with modified atmosphere and its application, as well as the future research directions are discussed in order toprovide theoretical basis for modified atmosphere technology of litchi.
