壳蛋品质质量分级技术的研究进展和发展趋势

Development and trend of technologies for shell-egg grading

  • 摘要: 随着收入和消费者健康安全意识的提高,市场上对壳蛋品质质量分级的要求越来越高。首先对壳蛋品质质量指标进行分析,然后,对壳蛋品质质量指标相关参数的获取技术及其指标数据分析模型进行了系统地归纳和梳理,发现多指标参数的融合、检测技术的集成应用、检测过程的自动化和智能化是未来壳蛋分级的必然趋势,另外对未来壳蛋分级技术的研究和应用方向进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing of consumers' income and requirement for health and food safety,there is a growing demand for graded eggs.Based on the analysis of egg quality parameters,the paper summarized and analyzed the acquisition technology and data treatment for egg quality parameters. It is concluded that the future trends of egg grading technology will be included:integrated application of automation and intelligent acquisition technologies and smart data analysis models will be greatly adopted in the development of shell eggs grading in china market.
