外源精胺处理对采后黄瓜品质的影响

Effect of Exogenous Spermine Treatment on Quality of Postharvest Cucumber

  • 摘要: 使用浓度为1 mmol/L的精胺处理黄瓜10 min,于常温(20±1)℃下贮藏,通过对贮藏期间各项品质指标的测定,探究精胺处理对黄瓜采后品质的影响。结果表明:外源精胺处理可以有效地保持黄瓜的外观品质,抑制失重率的上升及硬度的下降,延缓叶绿素降解、维生素C的流失及可溶性固形物含量的降低,说明1 mmol/L的精胺处理可有效的保持黄瓜的贮藏品质。结论:1 mmol/L的精胺处理可有效的保持黄瓜的贮藏品质。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of spermine treatment on the quality of postharvest cucumber,the cucumber was treated with 1 mmol/L spermine solution for 10 min,then stored at(20±1)℃.The results showed that exogenous spermine treatment could effectively maintained the sensory quality of cucumber,inhibited the decline of hardness and the increase of weight loss,reduced the decrease of chlorophyll,VC and soluble solids content,and achieved better storage effect. Conclusion:1 mmol/L spermine treatment could effectively maintain the storage quality of cucumber.
