乳酸杆菌抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Anti-tumor Effect of Lactobacillus

  • 摘要: 乳酸杆菌是一种对人体健康和微生态平衡很重要的益生菌,广泛分布在人体的胃肠道和生殖道中,近些年来研究发现,乳酸杆菌在预防和治疗肿瘤方面表现出积极作用。本文主要综述了乳酸杆菌对多种肿瘤的抑制作用,以及乳酸杆菌通过抑制致癌物质生成、激活体液免疫、激活细胞免疫和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的抗肿瘤作用机制,为乳酸杆菌在抗肿瘤方面的进一步研究提供理论基础。随着乳酸杆菌在抗肿瘤方面的深入研究,对新型抗肿瘤药物的开发和生物技术防治肿瘤的发展具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: Lactobacillus is a probiotic that is important for human health and microecological balance. It is widely distributed in the gastrointestinal tract and reproductive tract of the human body. In recent years, it has been found that Lactobacillus has a positive effect in the prevention and treatment of cancer. In this paper, the inhibitory effects of Lactobacillus on various tumors, and the anti-tumor mechanism of Lactobacillus by inhibiting carcinogen production, activating humoral immunity, activating cellular immunity and promoting tumor cell apoptosis were reviewed, providing a theoretical basis for further research on anti-tumor of Lactobacillus. With further research of anti-tumor activity of Lactobacillus, it is of great significance to the exploitation of new anti-tumor drugs and the development of biological technology to prevent tumors.
