纸质食品接触材料中七种多氯联苯的气相色谱法测定

Determination of 7 Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Food Contact Paper Materials by Gas Chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用正己烷匀浆提取,浓硫酸净化,气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测,建立了纸质食品接触材料中七种多氯联苯残留的检测方法。七种多氯联苯检测的线性范围介于0.002~0.200 mg/L之间,加标回收率为81.6%~112.2%,相对标准偏差为2.1%~4.5%,定量限均为0.01 mg/kg。检测了30余份纸质食品接触材料,均未检测出7种多氯联苯。该方法适用于纸质食品接触材料中七种多氯联苯的残留量分析。

     

    Abstract: A method was developed for the determination of 7 polychlorinated biphenyls residue in food contact paper materials by gas chromatography. The results showed that the linear range of 7 PCBs were 0.002~0.200 mg/L, and average recoveries were in the range of 81.6%~112.2% with relative standard deviation of 2.1%~4.5%, and the limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg/kg. No PCBs were detected in more than 30 samples. The method is suitable for the analysis of 7 PCBs residue in food contact paper materials.
