色谱及其联用技术在保健食品非法添加药物检测中的应用研究进展

Research Progress in the Application of Chromatography and Its Hyphenated Techniques in the Detection of Illegally Added Drugs in Health Foods

  • 摘要: 基于功能性和安全性两大特点,保健食品受到越来越多的人青睐。为提高保健食品的功效,在其生产过程中非法添加相关功效的化学药物较为普遍,加强对保健食品中非法添加药物的检测,才能有效预防保健食品非法添加药物的危害。色谱技术是复杂成分分离纯化最有效方法,配以合适的检测手段,广泛用于化学成分的定性定量分析。本文综述了近年来薄层色谱、气相色谱、高效液相色谱和超高效液相色谱等色谱及其与紫外、红外、拉曼和质谱等技术联用在保健食品中非法添加药物检测中的应用,并进行了相应的归纳和分析,为保健食品中非法添加药物检测技术的进一步发展提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the two major characteristics of functionality and safety,health food is favored by more and more people. In order to improve the efficacy of health food,it is common to illegally add related chemical drugs in its production process. It is strengthening the detection of illegally added drugs in health food that can effectively prevent the harm of illegally added drugs. Chromatography is the most effective method for separation and purification of complex components. It is widely used in qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical components with suitable detection methods. This paper reviews the recent applicationts of thin layer chromatography,gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and their combination with ultraviolet,infrared,Raman and mass spectrometry in the detection of illegally added drugs in health food. And this paper carry out crresponding induction and analysis,providing a reference for the further development of illeyally added drugs dection technology in health food.
