花旗参茶对乙醇诱导小鼠氧化损伤的保护作用

Protective Effect of American Ginseng Tea on Oxidative Damage Induced by Alcohol in Mice

  • 摘要: 目的:采用乙醇氧化损伤小鼠模型,观察花旗参茶的抗氧化活性以及对肝损伤的保护作用。方法:小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、花旗参茶低、中、高(0.275、0.550、1.100 g生药/kg)剂量组、西洋参饮片泡水组(0.500 g生药/kg),检测血清和肝匀浆中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、蛋白质羰基(Protein carbonyl,PC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(Total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(Reduced glutathione,GSH)以及血清丙氨酸转氨酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(Aminotransferase,AST)和甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)水平,并观察肝组织病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,花旗参茶可剂量依赖性地降低血清和肝组织中MDA和PC水平(P<0.01)、升高T-SOD(高剂量P<0.01,低、中剂量血清P<0.05)和GSH(P<0.01)水平,降低血清ALT、AST(P<0.01)和TG(中、高剂量P<0.01,低剂量P>0.05)水平,改善肝组织细胞坏死、空泡变性和炎性浸润等病理变化。结论:花旗参茶具有较好的抗氧化、防治肝损伤作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective:The mice model of alcoholic oxidative damage was used to observe the antioxidant effect of American ginseng tea and its protective effect on liver injury. Methods:Mice were randomly divided into control group,model control group,low,medium and high(0.275 g,0.550 g,1.100 g crude drug/kg)doses of American ginseng tea group,American ginseng drink tablets soaking water group(0.500 g crude drug/kg),detection of malondialdehyde(MDA),protein carbonyl(PC),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),reduced glutathione(GSH)levels in serum and liver homogenate,as well as alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and triglyceride(TG)levels in serum,and pathological changes in liver tissue were observed. Results:Compared with the model group,American ginseng tea doses dependently reduced MDA and PC levels(P<0.01),increased T-SOD(high dose P<0.01,serum of low and medium doses P<0.05)and GSH(P<0.01)levels in serum and liver tissue,decreased ALT,AST(P<0.01)and TG(medium and high doses P<0.01,low dose P>0.05)levels in serum,and improved pathological changes in liver tissue such as liver cell necrosis,vacuolar degeneration and inflammatory infiltration. Conclusion:American ginseng tea has good anti-oxidation effect and prevents liver damage.
