皮诺敛酸纯化方法及其生理功能研究进展

Advances in Purification Methods and Physiological Functions of Pinolenic acid

  • 摘要: 皮诺敛酸是裸子植物松科种子中所特有的多不饱和脂肪酸,其占松子油总脂肪酸的14%~19%。目前关于皮诺敛酸的纯化方法主要有尿素包合法、溶剂分馏法、酶法等。皮诺敛酸具有多种生理功能,如降脂、抑制食欲、抗炎、抑制癌症转移等,可被用于功能食品添加剂及保健品的制备。本文综述了皮诺敛酸的纯化方法及其生理功能,以期为后续皮诺敛酸的开发利用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Pinolenic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid unique to the seeds of the pine,which accounts for 14%~19% of the total fatty acids of pine nut oil. At present,the purification methods of pinolenic acid are mainly urea packing method,solvent fractionation method,enzymatic method and so on.Pinotonic acid has a variety of physiological functions,such as lipid-lowering,appetite suppression,anti-inflammatory,inhibition of cancer metastasis,etc.,and it can be used for functional food additives and health care varieties.In this paper,the purification methods and physiological functions of pinolenic acid are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the subsequent development and utilization of pinolenic acid.
