抗运动疲劳食源性活性成分的研究进展

Research and Development of Active Ingredients from Food Sources for Anti-motion Fatigue

  • 摘要: 本文对近些年来研究发现的抗运动疲劳的食源性活性成分及其在抗运动疲劳产品开发中的运用情况进行了综述,以期以能量代谢和抗氧化的共同调控靶点为基础,进一步对抗运动疲劳食源活性成分精选及研发天然食源性活性成分的特色抗运动疲劳食品提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies active ingredients of food-borne found in recent years and their application in the development of the products for anti-motion fatigue,with a view to providing theoretical basis for the further selection of active ingredients from food sources for anti-motion fatigue and the research and development of active ingredients from natural food for anti-motion fatigue based on the common regulatory targets of energy metabolism and anti-oxidation.
