Effects of immune function of RNA and its hydrolysates from okara

  • Organ index, delayed allergy reaction, spleen lymphocyte transformation, antibody generation cell and phagocytic count of macrophage cell were used to evaluate the effects of okara RNA and its hydrolysates on the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity function. And immunomodulatory effects were compared between okara RNA and its hydrolysates. The results showed that okara RNA and its hydrolysates could remarkably increase the mice spleen weight, promote spleen lymphocyte proliferation and improve the level of antibody formation cell, which suggest that okara RNA and its hydrolysates might modulate immune fuction by promoting the cellular immune and humoral immunity.Among them, immunomodulatory effects of high doses group of okara RNA hydrolysates (10mg /mL) was better than that of okara RNA group.
