Study on the folic acid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for rapid detection

    Abstract
  • The limit of detection and relative standard deviation (RSD) of folic acid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit was studied.The limit of detection was 10.0μg /L in milk, and RSD was less than 10%.The stability tests results revealed that the kit could be kept for 12 months in 4℃, 7d in 37℃.The kit generally had not more than 4% cross-reactivity towards dihydrofolic acid and tetrahydrofolic acid.The kit can detect folic acid of lots of samples accurately, reliable and expediently on the spot.
