Isolation and purification of 3 oligosaccharides from Ziziphus Jujube dates

  • Oligosaccharides from Ziziphus Jujube are natural oligosaccharides with high nutritional value.The crude oligosaccharides were obtained from Ziziphus Jujube dates by hot water extraction, membrane separation.The oligosaccharides fractions were purified by gel chromatography after DEAE-52 anion-exchange chromatography.According to HPLC analysis, the average molecular weight of the oligosaccharides was estimated.The average molecular weights of oligosaccharides were estimated to be 543, 334, 1459u.
