Research progress of chemical methods for geographical origin traceability of agricultural products

  • In recent years,stable isotope fingerprinting,mineral elements fingerprinting and organic compound fingerprinting were considered to be effective methods of origin traceability of plant-derived agricultural products.This article reviewed the application of the technologies in plant-derived agricultural products. It would provide a reference for the origin traceability study of agricultural products.
