Research and Insights on the Management System of Australia New Zealand Food Health Claims

Authentic and scientific food claims are useful resources for consumers to understand and purchase various types of food. Establishing a comprehensive food claim system can support the expansive health sector. This article examines and analyzes the management framework for common foods, dietary supplements, and functional foods in New Zealand and Australia. It explores the entire chain of raw material management, a functional claim management system, approval requirements, and post-entry advertising supervision are all examined and studied. Recommendations are provided to enhance the popularization of food safety science in China, rigorously regulate health food safety hazards, and improve the management of food health claims.
