不同大麦种质嫩叶中生物活性成分的分析

Analysis on bioactive substances of tender leaves in different barley cultivars

  • 摘要: 根据麦绿素营养品质的要求,检测了100个不同大麦种质嫩叶的叶绿素(SPAD值)、可溶性固形物、甜菜碱和总黄酮等四个生物活性成分的含量。结果表明:四个成分在100个大麦种质间的含量差异明显,叶绿素含量(SPAD值)介于28.63~56.10之间,可溶性固形物含量为36.92~110.26mg/g鲜重,总黄酮的含量为296.33~8149.00μg/g鲜重,甜菜碱的含量分布在304.42~7308.60μg/g鲜重之间,且可溶性固形物含量与总黄酮和甜菜碱的含量,叶绿素含量(SPAD值)与甜菜碱的含量存在显著的正相关。综合分析各项指标,初步筛选出适合麦苗营养保健品生产的十个大麦品种。 

     

    Abstract: According to special quality requirements of barley grass health products to barley varieties, the chlorophyll (SPAD value) , soluble solids content, betain and flavonoid of the 100 selected cultivars were determined.The results showed that four contents displayed a wide range in 100 barley cultivars, and the contents of chlorophyll (SPAD value) , soluble solids, betain and flavonoid were 28.63 ~ 56.10, 36.92 ~ 110.26mg/g fresh weigh (FW) , 296.33 ~ 8149.00μg/g FW and 304.42 ~ 7308.60μg/g FW, respectively.The correlation analysis indicated that the soluble solids content was positively correlated to betain and flavonoid, and the SPAD value was correlated with betain.Based on comprehensive evaluation of bioactive substances, 10 barley varieties fitted for producting barley grass health products were selected in this study.
