农作物秸秆制备功能性糖的研究进展

Research progress in the preparation of functional sugar from crop straw

  • 摘要: 中国是一个农业大国,每年可产生8.5亿多吨秸秆,因此如何充分有效地利用农作物秸秆是当代农业发展的一个重大课题。综述了从秸秆中分离制备木糖、阿拉伯糖、低聚木糖、纤维低聚糖等功能性糖的国内外研究进展,并阐述了各种方法的特点以及存在的问题。 

     

    Abstract: China is one of the main producers of agriculture in the world, which can produce over 850 million tons of straw per year.It's a major issue of contemporary agricultural development to make rational and effective use of crop straw.In this paper, the progress of functional sugar generation (xylose, arabinose, xylo oligosaccharides, fiber digasaccharides) from crop straw was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages for each method were also evaluated.
