过氧乙酸快速检测试纸条研制与应用

  • 摘要: 分别用定性滤纸、定量滤纸、微孔滤膜为试纸条载体制作了过氧乙酸快速检测试纸条,并制成标准比色卡对过氧乙酸消毒液进行含量检测。结果显示,微孔滤膜为最适宜制作过氧乙酸快速检测试纸的材质,最适烘干温度为55℃,最适烘干时间为15min,最适保存条件为4℃下密封贮藏保存21d。利用微孔滤膜制作的检测试纸条能够在30s内对消毒液中的过氧乙酸浓度进行检测,最低检出限为质量百分比0.1%。 

     

    Abstract: Qualitative filter paper, quantitative filter paper, microporous filter membrane as the carrier were used to produce a rapid detection test strip of peracetic acid solution, and standard color card was made for testing the content of peracetic acid.The results showed that microporous membrane was the most suitable material for making the rapid detection test strip of peracetic acid solution, and the optimum drying temperature was 55℃, optimum drying time was 15min, optimum storage conditions was 4℃ and keeping sealed for 21 days.The microporous membrane test strip could be used within 30s to test the concentration of peracetic acid solution.The minimum detection limit was 0.1% (expressed as mass percentage) .
