山蓝中的色素成分鉴定及体外抗氧化活性研究

  • 摘要: 为了对山蓝中的色素主成分进行鉴定,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究,实验采用了D101大孔树脂柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等方法分离化合物,结合化学鉴定法和UV、IR、1H-NMR和MS光谱解析鉴定结构,采用比色法测定色素主成分对二苯代苦味酰基(DPPH)自由基的清除能力和对Fe3+的还原能力。本实验确定了山蓝色素主成分结构,为2-氨基-7,8-二甲氧基-3H-吩恶嗪-3-酮,并且有药理活性,对DPPH.显示强的清除能力,具有一定的还原能力,从而对色素的含量测定及体内外药理实验铺垫了基础。 

     

    Abstract: The purpose was to identify the main component pigment in Shanlan and study its antioxidant activity.The pigment was separated from Shanlan by using D101 macroporous resin column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structure of the pigment was identified by using UV, IR, 1H-NMR and MS, and its antioxidant activities were detected and evaluated by DPPH and reducing power of Fe3+.The result showed that the main component about the pigment in Shanlan was 2-amino-7, 8-dimethoxy-3H-phenoxazine-3-one, and the pigment has a certain degree of antioxidant activity in DPPH· test and reduction test.This test identified the main component about pigment, and it had a strong antioxidant activity, this method could be used as the basis for the further research of Shanlan.
