百草枯残留的检测方法研究进展

  • 摘要: 百草枯(paraquat,PQ)是一种广谱、灭生性有机杂环类除草剂。基于其对人体健康的潜在危害,建立方便、安全和快速的百草枯残留检测方法具有重要意义。本文综述了目前百草枯残留主要的检测方法,包括分光光度法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、酶联免疫和金标免疫层析法、生物传感器法、毛细管电泳法、电化学法等。 

     

    Abstract: Paraquat (paraquat, PQ) is a kind of organic heterocyclic herbicides with a broad-spectrum and destroy the nature.Based on its potential harm to human health, building convenient, safe and rapid method of paraquat is of great significance.This article reviewed determination method of paraquat, including the spectrophotometry, gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent, gold standard immunochromatography, biological sensors method, capillary electrophoresis, electrochemical immune method.
