红枣多糖对小鼠血糖及血清胰岛素水平影响的初步研究

Influence of jujube polysaccharide on blood glucose and serum insulin of mice

  • 摘要: 研究红枣多糖对正常小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响,结果表明红枣多糖对正常小鼠血糖没有影响,对正常小鼠糖耐量有改善作用。为研究红枣多糖对四氧嘧啶、肾上腺素诱导的糖尿病小鼠血糖及血清胰岛素水平的影响,以200mg/kg剂量腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立四氧嘧啶糖尿病动物模型,以0.03mg/kg剂量腹腔注射肾上腺素建立肾上腺素高血糖动物模型。对造模成功的小鼠随机分为模型对照组、红枣多糖大(0.8g/kg)、中(0.4g/kg)、小(0.2g/kg)剂量组和阳性药物组,以灌胃给药。对两种类型小鼠的处理均设立正常对照组,给予等体积的水。灌胃14d后测定小鼠空腹的血糖、胰岛素,结果表明红枣多糖对肾上腺素引起的急性血糖升高无明显作用,对四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病小鼠其大剂量显示出一定的降糖作用,并使得血清胰岛素水平有所升高。 

     

    Abstract: To study the effect of jujube polysaccharide (JP) on blood glucose and glucose tolerance of the normal mice.The results showed that JP had no effect on blood glucose of the normal mice, but improved their glucose tolerance.To study the influence of JP on blood glucose and blood insulin of the diabetic mice, alloxan diabetic mice models and adrenaline hyperglycemic mice models were constructed by administering alloxan (200mg/kg) and adrenaline (0.03mg/kg) to the mice through intraperitoneal injection, respectively.The diabetic mice were randomly divided into five groups, including model control, JP large dose (0.8g/kg) , JP middle dose (0.4g/kg) , JP low dose (0.2g/kg) and positive control group, all the experimental samples were administrated through gastry lavage.The normal control group was setted up at the same time and given equal volume water.The fasting blood glucose and blood insulin of the mice were analyzed 14d later.The result showed that JP had no significant effect on the mice blood glucose quickly risen by adrenaline.However, JP at the dose of 0.8g/kg significantly reduced the blood glucose and increased the blood insulin level of the alloxan diabetic mice.
