嗜酸乳杆菌微胶囊制剂工艺初步研究

  • 摘要: 为了提高嗜酸乳杆菌对环境的耐受性,本研究采用挤压法对其进行微胶囊包埋,并通过冷冻干燥法制成微生态制剂。通过正交实验得到最佳微胶囊化工艺参数,当脱脂奶粉浓度为4%(w/v),谷氨酸钠浓度为1.5%,海藻酸钠浓度为3%,氯化钙浓度1.62%至2%时,嗜酸乳杆菌存活率达99.21%,活菌数可达8.9×1011cfu/g,制剂具有较好的耐酸性与肠溶性,且稳定性良好。 

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the viability of Lactobacillus acidophilus, a novel microbial ecological agent in style of microcapsule was made by extrusion method and freeze drying in this study.Orthogonal test was used to filter the best formula of preparation of microcapsules. The result showed that with skim milk powder concentration of 4% ( w/v) , sodium glutamate concentration of 1.5%, sodium alginate concentration of 3%, calcium chloride concentration of between 1.62% and 2% , the survival rate of Lactobacillus acidophilus reached 99.21% , the number of bacteria’s livability reached 8.9 × 10 11 cfu /g, and the product had good acid resistance and intestinal- lysis, and it had good storage stability.
