魔芋葡甘聚糖-丙烯腈接枝共聚反应动力学研究

Kinetics of graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto konjac glucomannan initiated

  • 摘要: 以硝酸铈铵作为引发剂,丙烯腈为单体,对魔芋葡甘聚糖与丙烯腈接枝共聚反应动力学进行了研究。通过考察接枝反应速率与引发剂浓度、单体浓度、魔芋葡甘聚糖浓度及反应温度的关系,得到各影响因子对接枝共聚反应速率的反应级数,由此关联推导出该实验条件下接枝反应速率表达式,其反应过程的表观活化能为22.08kJ/mol。 

     

    Abstract: The studies on ammonium ceric nitrate initiated graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto konjac glucomannan (KGM) were reported in the paper.The relationship between grafting rate and initiator concentration, monomer concentration, KGM concentration and reaction temperature and the effection of impact factors on graft copolymerization were studied.Based on the experiment result, the equation for the graft copolymerization was derived and the apparent activation energy was calculated, that was 22.08kJ/mol.
