D201树脂对绿原酸的吸附、解吸性能研究

  • 摘要: 为了从植物材料中分离、纯化绿原酸,研究了3种树脂对绿原酸的吸附和解吸特性,优选出了D201树脂,其最大吸附量为101.2mg/mL树脂,最低吸附浓度为0.6μg/mL。在此基础上,详细研究了D201对绿原酸的解吸工艺:洗脱剂配比为无水乙醇:水:盐酸=50:48:2(V/V/V)。实验表明D201可用于提取纯化马铃薯洗液中绿原酸。 

     

    Abstract: In order to separate and purify chlorogenic acid from plant materials, the adsorption and desorption capacity of three kinds of macroporous resins for chlorogenic acid had been investigated.It was found that D201 was the best one, its adsorption capacity and adsorption equilibrium concentration for chlorogenic acid was 101.2mg/mL resin, and 0.6μg/mL respectively.The desorption solution was composed of ethanol∶ water∶ HCl in ratio 50∶ 48∶ 2 (v/v/v) .Experiments showed chlorogenic acid could be well extracted and purified from potato washing water through D201 resin.
