大孔树脂纯化番石榴多酚的工艺优化

Optimization of purification process of Guava polyphenols with macroporous absorbent resin

  • 摘要: 考察大孔吸附树脂对番石榴多酚的吸附性能和纯化效果,确立番石榴多酚纯化的较优工艺。通过吸附、解吸实验,筛选出适合分离纯化番石榴多酚的大孔树脂,并确立其纯化工艺参数。结果表明,NKA-9是纯化番石榴多酚的最佳树脂,较佳吸附条件为上样多酚浓度为1.2mg/mL,pH2.0,上样速率为1mL/min,吸附率达到90.5%;较佳的洗脱条件为乙醇浓度50%,pH3.0,洗脱速率1mL/min,解吸率为89.3%。 

     

    Abstract: To find a better method to separate and purify polyphenols in Guava, the absorption capability and purification effect of polyphenols of Guava on macroporous absorption resin were evaluated.Adsorption and desorption experiments were carried out to screen the suitable macroporous absorbent resin for Guava polyphenols.Results showed that NKA-9 was the best macroporous resin for purification.The optimum absorption condition of macroporous resin NKA-9 were concertration of feeding 1.2mg/mL, pH2.0, feeding rate 1mL/min.Under this condition, the absorption ratio was 90.5%, the desorption conditions were ethanol concentration 50% pH3.0, elute rate 1mL/min.Under this condition, the desorption ratio was 89.3%.
